Shower Ministry

About the ministry...

The shower ministry provides a hot shower, toiletries, clean clothes, and bags of food to people in need in the Oildale area.  Each Thursday, a four-shower trailer equipped with a tankless water heater is transported to our location on Roberts Lane.  This ministry provides a point of contact with our homeless population and helps to restore a sense of dignity for many of the people we serve.

Our greatest need for the shower ministry is for volunteers to help pass out clothing or to clean the shower stalls after each shower.  Monetary donations are always appreciated and can be made online using the link at the bottom of this page or on the Contact Us page. If you would like you donation to go to the shower ministry specifically please make a note of it with you donation.

• Men's/ Women's Jackets, Sweatshirts and Sweaters
• Men's/Women's Pants, Shorts
